Idea where I can get for this distributor of napkins?

I'll be buying some of these dealers and I was wondering where I can get towels. Thank you very much.

They come 200 napkins and sell for less than $ 4. The idea is to sanitation. How sanitary is it if you have opened and refilled? I suggest to buy another model if that is what you intend.
