take about three paper towels and place on wax. take a hot iron, not hot and gently go over paper towels, it will warm the wax and transfer onto the paper towel. Just keep lifting the towel to stop the progress

You can try the method mentioned above iron, but check the fiber content label on the water before doing so. If there is a high content of synthetic fibers, you can use the method of boiling water. Stretch the cloth over a bowl or sink and pour boiling water through the wax to force through the fiber.
