Small Gas Grills

Posted on May 8, 2010.
Small Gas GrillsShould I grill small amounts of food, four burgers on the grill or charcoal grills on a little gas?

I like the taste of charcoal, but it seems that everyone is going to gas grills small.

Gas grills are super convenient, but the taste of charcoal is unparalleled. If you do not mind cooking charcoal, then stick to it.

I love too much charcoal is just what you prefer, keep it retro =)

The answer is really one of preference. Charcoal has a special taste, but there is much work for a small amount of food. If I were you, I'd charcoal, though. Nothing like a good grilled burger.

Use what you like.
If you use an electric kettle charcoal, they are airtight and pretty well just close it and let it burn out. Preburned briquettes are also easier to light.
But these small gas units work in a pinch.

Totally you. I have a kettle charcoal grill, a gas grill and a large portable gas grill, I'll use one that suits you my situation. If I have time, I often make charcoal because it tastes better, but if I am pressed for time or I need a little more control over temperature, I'm going with gas.

Coal tastes much better, just make sure you minimize the fat droplets in the charcoal and make sure that the film is placed on the correct side so you eliminate the cancer causing radicals that the administration of health warned people against ... It is also an important reason why many people are turning to gas grills. Nothing tastes better than if charcoal barbecue ... :)
