Sparkling wine is one of the few types of Asian food wine that compliments well. With White White we propose an Asian-themed meal, including rolls of sushi for an appetizer and a chicken dish like kebabs Dukkah Crusted Chicken for main course. Not only are they fairly simple to do, but they are beautiful too! When it comes to dessert, you can stick with your Asian theme and make your fortune cookie!
Serve in a Blanc de Blanc champagne glass chilled between 43 and 48 degrees Fahrenheit.

Chicken Skewers with Dukkah Crust
Dukkah makes everything better. This blend of spices, often including sesame seeds, sumac, and hazelnuts, is most often combined with oil and used as a dip. This recipe coats the chicken with mustard and Dukkah, and is accompanied by a sour-sweet honey and balsamic vinegar.
If you have time, you can make your own Dukkah. Otherwise, you can look at the gourmet food store, or online stores like Spice Bazaar.
Ingredients
2 / 3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 / 3 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 / 4 cup olive oil
24 tenders, chicken filets of chicken has also called
1 cup Dukkah
1 / 4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (about 1 ounce)
24 bamboo skewers or metal (if using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before cooking)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 ° F and arrange rack in middle.
Combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until reduced by half, about 10 minutes. Cool.

Thread a chicken tender on each skewer. Place the chicken skewers on wire racks to cool. Nest each rack in a baking tray and bake. Cook until the meat is firm and Dukkah crust is golden, about 25-30 minutes. Serve the skewers with honey vinegar sauce.

With extra dry sparkling wine, keep it simple with an easy but delicious layout. Start with fruit appetizer of crackers, cheese, and sweet. Then for dinner we suggest Pesto Chicken Parmesan with a salad. To return to the desert fruit candy and chocolate, and another series of wines.

Chicken Parmesan Pesto
Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
