Knife GateHow do I connect a HDPE pipe with a valve-hung?

I am currently working on a system of pipes with HDPE pipes and having some connections on confussions Knife gate valves. bridle? or a guillotine victaulic valve.need a little help ....

I would use a buffer end butt welded to the pipe end with a support ring with a valve flange.
