Holmes And Edwards Silverware

I have a set of silverware brand with the words Holmes and Edwards with the initials IS with a line between myself and S. and another with the writings 1881 Rogers Oneida LTD. Me want to know if they are plated with silver or pure silver, or not at all. and if they are silver plated, where can I sell them, or it is still worth selling. Requires significant assistance.
