What is the difference between the JA Henckels Twin Knives and internationally? What is the difference in quality between the JA Henckels Twin Knives JA Henckels knives and internationally. The price is very different, but the IPL is still a very good quality?
International Obviously knives are of inferior quality. main and most important difference is the steel used in the blade.
Star Line Twin X50CrMoV15 uses steel, which is pretty good steel knife by Western standards. Henckel refers to what high carbon stainless not.
IPL is still mentioned as a high quality stainless. Who is just a marketing term to mask low-carbon stainless steel.

In short, steel is cheaper and does not hold the edge and the line Twin. More manipulate materials are of inferior quality.
The finish is almost the same, so if this is your first concern then go ahead.
If performance is a knife to your main criteria, then no, the IPL is not the same quality as the twins.
Well, it depends if you sharpen your knives or not.
If you do not then it does not matter what is steel blade, it's sad anyway and after a while the two types will be as dull.
It is not difficult to sharpen the knife with something as simple as sand paper and mouse pads - http://zknives.com/knives/articles/sandp ...
just saying I do not know! Because I am a teenager, I do not buy so knives and my mother ATTENTION to your questions. Think before you ask!
