Dinner Sets

I recently acquired a set Royal Doulton dinner and a small set Wedgwood that my grandmother died last year. They told me they were his mother before her, but I was wondering if there is any way I can know how old they are on the Internet? I can not take someone to be watched because I store it in the attic today.

To say with certainty how old they are, someone who understands, as the antiques that needs watching. You need to be appreciated, preferably by an antique dealer. But if you do not have an antique dealer in your area, take them to a pawn shop and they will be able to point you in the right direction.
