Something really. In general, I like to use some kind of meat (cuts tend to use more fat and pork and beef, just to make sure they are soft) with a Suaces of soysauce, rice wine, cornstarch corn (to thicken), pepper, etc. with some vegetables such as mushrooms, bamboo shoots, baby corn, etc. Just put whatever you want and have fun!
