Chefs Choice Knife Sharpener

Posted on May 1, 2010.
Chefs Choice Knife SharpenerKnife size better. Head of choice or Master Degree?

I'm in the meat cutting business and I use knives Faśrschner Granton. I want to know what size power is better: the Chef's choice of 130 or Master Degree. If there are other better than these two please let me know. Any comments are appreciated. Thank you.

Head of choice.

I am not a fan of electrics, give me a stone oil daily, regular maintennace with a hard core of Arkansas and refine it with a stick occasional gem is more than enough.

If you use the Granton Faśrschner, you can check to see if you should be using an electric sharpener on them with this type of art.

I never use an electric pencil sharpener. I honed my own professional once a year and then we sharpened them with a sharpening stone and steel as required.
