Has anyone started cooking on the grill with a side car smoking? What are the secrets. Please give. Thank you, Chuck

I do not know the configuration of your machine. My smokebox side is its own little barbecue, with a grid. When food smoking, I put the bowl of water on the grill. and meat / vegetables in large part. If I want to grill on it, I do.
