Benchmade Vex

Benchmade VexKnife carry laws in MA? Welcome enforcement!? ?

Hello,
I have a small collection of lockblades and I wonder if it is legal to make a small (not automatic) 3-inch Benchmade Vex or any other folder manually opened in the streets and not for recreation such as hunting and fishing. If you are a police officer or security officer can you please help me. I want to know the laws and regulations on the lock (not automatic) records in Massachusetts. Just the truth, not copy / paste!
Thank you!

The safest and best to find out is to call or visit the PD or so where you want to win and they will tell you. I will not even pretend to know since I live in Texas and my condition is not as strict, but I do not know if a citizen has questions about issues like this and our local PD is more than happy SO to answer questions. they prefer to answer these questions in advance rather than arrest someone to guess.

as long as the blade is less than 2 1 / 2 "and folds it is legal to do so. Thus, the 3" is released.

Call your local PD and ask! usually less than 3 "is allowed.

The city of Worcester has its own anti knife. It is determined by the agent if you have a criminal intent with the knife. If you do not do something illegal or suspicious, you will not have a problem. Try to watch the laws of Massachusetts General telegram.com or for more information.
