What is the best roast beef cooked on a barbecue rotisserie? What is the best cut that can hold up to slow cooking on the rotisserie with the best results?
I always use eye of round its a solid piece of meat and its very trim. but if you go for a cup of fancy, try a rib roast (prime rib)
Ask your butcher for beef brisket
Then pack the meat out with:
Brown sugar
Paprika
Cumin
Kosher salt
Black pepper
chili powder
Garlic powder
